This project incorporated several unique design features to accommodate the clients needs as well as the geographic location of the home. 11′ concrete columns sit on 60′ deep concrete pilings, utilizing grade beams and ground level break away walls. The entire property meets or exceeds Florida 170 mph hurricane building standards.
